EVO33 Terms and Conditions (Summary)
Who Can Use EVO33
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and play at EVO33. You are responsible for making sure online gaming is permitted for you where you live, and for following any local rules that apply.
Each person may hold only one account. Accounts must be registered in your own name with accurate information. Duplicate or shared accounts may be closed and their balances reviewed.
Your Account and Verification
We may ask you to verify your identity, age and payment method before processing withdrawals, or at any time we consider it necessary. This usually means providing a photo ID and confirming ownership of your eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay or crypto wallet.
Keep your login details private. Activity on your account is treated as yours, so tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All balances are held in NPR. The minimum deposit is NPR 500 and the minimum withdrawal is NPR 1000. Funds should be withdrawn to the same method used to deposit where this is possible.
Deposits are meant for play. We may decline withdrawal requests where funds have been deposited and withdrawn without meaningful play, or where we suspect fraud or money laundering.
Bonuses and Promotions
The 150% Welcome Bonus and all other promotions have their own terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry dates. These are shown with each offer and form part of these terms.
Bonus abuse, such as using multiple accounts or coordinated betting to exploit an offer, may lead to bonus and winnings being removed and the account being closed.
Betting Rules and Changes to These Terms
Sports bets are settled according to the official result and our sportsbook rules, including rules for abandoned or postponed matches. Obvious errors in odds or results may be corrected. Casino game outcomes are determined by the game provider's systems, and malfunctions void affected plays.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be shown on the site, and continuing to use EVO33 after an update means you accept the revised terms. The full terms on the site take precedence over this summary.
